founder & HEAD COACH — DIOGO FERREIRA
Head Coach Diogo Ferreira’s philosophy is simple; Build the player on and off the pitch both physically and mentally in order to perform when it matters. Diogo’s style of coaching is to create as many match like situations through his training sessions in order to prepare the player for game day.
Having learned his trade in one of Europe’s most famed academies at FC Porto in Portugal before embarking on a professional career that saw him play for Melbourne Victory, the Australian under-23 side, a premiership-winning Brisbane Roar and Perth Glory in the A-League, before an overseas career in Japan, Malaysia, India and Indonesia, Diogo brings a rounded coaching experience to every player he works with.

Previously working with Melbourne Victory across A League and Youth teams for 2 seasons, and now Western United A League analyst Harry is not only passionate about football but also high performance. He has a great amount of knowledge and experience in football coaching, handling GPS data and match analysis.

Justin joins Diogo at DF FOOTBALL with a great passion and drive to help the next generation of players wanting to take their game to the next level.
With his experience of playing professionally in Europe in the Maltese Premier League, having spent time in Spain and now moving to Melbourne to join Heidelberg United in the NPL — Justin’s knowledge and upbeat personality is guaranteed to help any young footballer improve their game.

Coming through the ranks at Calder United to now cementing her starting 11 spot as a full back with W League champions Melbourne Victory, Polly’s strong work ethic, experience and knowledge of the game goes hand in hand with our approach at DF FOOTBALL.
With the women’s game growing rapidly, we are proud to offer all our players the opportunity to be coached by a full time professional who is also an amazing role model and mentor for all our aspiring female footballers.
